More HP in a 350! help!

    What kinda stuff can I do to my car to give me some more horsepower/make car run a little better? thanks

    For $400, an aluminum intake would be something to look at. Poston and TA Performance both offer aluminum intakes, although the TA piece seems to be more popular around here. Once you add up all the little things, you should be around $400, maybe a bit more.

    I notice you said "$400 per mod". Just how many mods are you wanting/willing to do ? Is this a progressive thing where you'll do a different upgrade every week or month or something ? Aftermarket cam and the above mentioned intake, plus headers and a performance carb and ignition tune-up seem to be the basic recipe for 350's.

    if your gonna change the intake do a cam too.check with ta about the steel shim head gaskets.. 020 think gasket should raise compression .5 and shouldn t cause problems with anything.inexpensive and easy . add that to some decent exhaust and a dist recurve it will get you some kick. :TU:
