BBQ . Frame for Mitre/Chop Saw Thanks, it works great . But you do need to plate the bottom, sides and back for stability . Also , instead of directly bolting the saw to the frame , get 4- 5/16" x 4" bolts ,12-16 - flat washers , 16 - nuts ,set saw on frame to " locate" the holes to the saw base, drill and mount bolts with 1 nut/washer to frame , run 2 nuts down each bolt with a washer on top of the nuts , set saw onto bolts then another washer and 1 nut over that . This set-up will allow you to (fine-tune the saw) level it to the frame so you can use the grill extensions to rest your longer material on and keep it level for your cuts . Steve
