Wondering if anyone has a great solution:

Back seat area of my car (cloth/leather/vinyl) getting a little moldy from extended stay in a cool humid garage. It's not bad yet, but I'm running scared of it, and don't know the best way to clean it. It is otherwise a beautiful car.

    Anybody have a magic bullet?

    Thanks in advance,
    Steve.

I would put the car outside on a warm sunny day and leave all windows and doors wide open for several hours. Let everything dry out and then scrub material with brush and maybe Simple Green Cleaner. Anything stronger you risk taking the color out of material. if carpets have got mold you may be better off throwing them away as smell will never go away. Also if there is moisture present use your wifes hair dryer! When you close up the car fill several aluminum trays with baking soda to obsorb moisture and smell. Some of the bathroom mold cleaners like tilex may work also but I have no idea waht they may do to a cars interior.
