Hi Kevin, Sure is and you are first inline. I don't know if I can get shipping cheaper but I know the small usps is like $6. I know they made a few sizes on these so I want to make sure its the correct one for you. What size are you looking for? I will measure this one when I get home but think its a smaller one.
