I want to put a remote kill switch on my 76 B-body. I saw this on Amazon. I want to splice it into the wire from ignition to the starter off the ignition switch. Based on the pictures supplied, I know what +/- will go to, and I know one side of the splice will go into the common, bit what terminal do I use to complete circuit, NO or NC? My thought is NC because turning the key on completes the circuit to make starter engage. So by initiating the remote kill, it would open the circuit so turning key provides no signal to the starter. This switch is for 12V and handles 10amps Is there a better way?

It sounds reasonable, I don't think the circuit your splicing into draws more than 10 amps so it should work using the NC

This thing is cool! I plumbed it into the starter signal and the engine will not crank when system is initiated. When I energize the relay with the remote FOB, I can then start the vehicle. Obviously vehicle runs regardless of open or closed...but its one more way of securing the vehicle when away. I figure if someone tries to carjack me, I can shut off car and get out. Then when he gets in, I can open the circuit and he will be stuck there trying to start a dead car while I'm either calling 911 or putting a "neutralizer" to his head. :)

I got the relay that has two programmable circuits. When the 'kill switch' is activated(circuit 1), circuit 2 comes online and powers a red LED in the dash making it look like a security system. When I disengage the 'kill switch', the LED goes off. Its pretty cool!
