Hello my name is Michael Tomaszewski and I am the son of Mike Tomaszewski, owner of TA Performance. Currently I am the one who manages and designs our website, catalog and any current advertisements. I've got a Blue 1970 350-4 Skylark and Im currently building a new engine as I discovered a few booboos when I pulled the intake to put on a TA 350 Stage 1 intake. The intake ports in the heads were all gunked up so I decided to pull em and clean the heads up while I was at it to find 2 huge gouges in #5 cylinder because the wrist pin had come loose. So thats my current project that I've been working on after work and on the weekends. While the engines out I've been taking the engine compartment appart to repaint everything while I have the chance.

If you have any questions about the website, catalog, or an ad you might see feel free to ask me. Comments and feedback is always appreciated too.

While Im at it I've been working on the site in my spare time so it isnt fully functional (sorry) and I'm trying to impliment a photo gallery of peoples cars, so if you or a friend has a nice Buick that you'd like to show off, send me as many pictures as you please (highest resolution possible please, aka nicer pictures) and as much infoormation about the car that you care to share. This ranges from facts about the car to stories to its history. Spread the word for me!

Im glad I finally joined V8Buick as I see dad cruising it everyonce and a while for as long as I can remember and Im hoping mabey I can learn a thing or two. See ya around

    Hi Michael,
    Welcome to the board!
It was nice seeing you and the rest of your family at the races this year at Firebird Raceway. Sorry my girlfriend wasn't feeling too good, or we would have joined your family for the "big celebration" that evening!

Good luck with that 70 Skylark. If I'd had the money and a decent way to get it home, I would have been bidding on it for myself!! I'm sure you'll make it a great car as money and time permits!

I'll send a few pictures of my car when I get a little time. Right now I have important OIL PANS to build! lol

Glad to see you on the board. It's a great place. Good luck with the Buick. I'm in the middle of a 350 (Buick) engine for my wife and daughter's Regal drag car. Hope to get them on the track soon. In time I hope to get them up to speed to drive my BBB car.

i see the reference section isn't back up yet. once you get that going are you intending to roll the old FAQ section into that?

if nothing else, that was handy to link people to for the 60s heads to 70s block issues.

    Welcome aboard, Mike, Jr.

I met your father in Bowling Green in about 1984 or '85. He was a character then. Hope you turn out to be as good a Buick man as he is.

Wish you guys would come on back to Beech Bend at Bowling Green. That's where I met your grandfather.

Anyway, A Big Welcome Aboard V8Buick.

    Welcome aboard Micheal.
If the block needs pistons I'm pretty sure only cast pistons are available. Guys on the SB forum ask about where to get fordged pistons quite a bit and Mike Phillips had presold sets made last year.
This is the best site to learn just about anything to do with Buicks.

The funny lookin yellow Buick thats really quick, sounds awsome and steals the show? The one I drive to the car show today? =P

As for the Bowling Green question that I'm not sure about. I'd like to go to the Nationals even if it was just to watch, its been a few years since I last went, back then I didn't have the interest that I do now.

    Hello Jr.

Glad to see your joining the team.

I have a request... Tell your dad to put a motor in that dust collecting Jegs car and come to BPG so we have some butt to kick!! Shoot, put the motor back in the Wagon so we have something to run down :Brow:

p.s. tell him this after he ships our block

Haha thanks, I think he's planning on putting one of the new blocks in it when they are finally done and produced, and I'm looking into one of my buddies designing a paint scheme for the car or that vinyl that they print out and stick on. He's designed a few of the cars in the NHRA, the K&N dragster, the Techron car and a few others that I cant think of.

He was working on your block a little bit on Saturday.
