Merry Christmas Everyone! What did you get this year?

    Chinese apples are another name for pomogranites (sp?). They're red, about the size of a large apple, and are filled with little fruit covered seeds.

    Got lucky this Xmas-don't laugh,picked up a '94 Olds 98 Regency Elite for the equivalent of less than 2000.00 US plus tax.Great shape,low miles,more fun to drive than my Silverado and best of all has that great Buick engine(although a little underpowered).Also got a digital camera if I can figure out how to use it properly!Happy New Year all.Rod

    A new office chair!... really nice one, with all kinds of handles and adjustments everywhere...

    Steadfast anti theft collar guard for the Turbo Regal, rebuilt and zinc dichromated power booster for the GS, the new Dove GS resto book, socks, underwear, watch, and shirts. All I really wanted from Santa was no leaks on the GS! :( Ahh!!!!

    Dad and step-mom got me a new computer, mom/boyfriend got me a dvd palyer and a handful of dvds. And the usual chlothes and stuff.

    I got a 1938 Y-Job (the 1/18th version) and a 1/5th scale brass Offy indy car motor and a autographed Lloyd Ruby photograph from the 1961 Indy 500, and my dad mad me a really cool wall haning with a Photograph of the "Wreck of the old 97" complete with a 78rpm record of "The Wreck of the Old 97" which was the first million selling record ever, the cool part was the record he used was his, it use to be his Grandfathers, I'm a "Rail Geek" from a long time ago!

    TCI aluminun deep TH400 Trans pan; Some Russel fittings, new Harwood scoop (old one way too big), Wilwood racing front disc brake set-up (box and padding including both sides weigh 34 pounds total!) and front drag runner tires.

    All I need is an aluminun drive shaft and I'm ready for Norwalk!....oh and I'll have to squeeze in a new set of slicks:grin:

    How about BACK SURGERY and two weeks off work.

    Seriously, we had to put Christmas off until this was worked out, so I don't know what my gift will be - asked for a G Tech, and my family is pretty generous. We'll see.....

    New 15x10 centerline wheels that I have to return 47/8 backspacing,I need 5'' New 29x11.5-15 Hoosier Quick Time Pro Tires that are and inch too big,I need a 28 inch and all the McGard lug nuts that wont fit the new wheels i had to buy,Plus this new computer which i have no idea of what I'm doing.I will eventually get the tire and wheel thing straightened out all in the quest to hook up better on the street.Kenny

    Got a cool pair of Mechanix gloves (Camo), a bag of shop rags (you can never have enough of those):laugh: , a new Black upholstery kit (rear seat) for the '70 Skylark, and new coil springs, control arm bushings, and shocks for the (Nova).
    It was a good Christmas, overall! LOTS of CASH to buy my own GS parts, since no one in my family knows where to get them!:grin:

    Humm...lets see....I got a 1970 Buick GS grill.....I got a 1970 GS air cleaner......I got a 1970 GS hood......A 1970 GS hood lip moulding.....and still buying :laugh: :laugh: . Oh BTW the 1 cool thing I got...Grand Theft Auto Vice City for PS2 :TU: .
