medium battleship gray paint

    was told by a very reliable source that the center link should be a "medium battleship gray" in color.anyone know who sells this color?also,i am looking for a re-plating/new drum brake backing plate source.thanks

    spray gray, eastwood. front backing plates you can get from ground up or any resto parts seller. can get rear backing plates from ground-up also.

    Center link, idler and tie rods were never painted. See Flynbuick GSX resto pics in the bench section.

    yes originally they were not painted, they are painted now to keep them from rusting and still retain the natural color of steel.

    PAint them with any good brand cast iron gray paint to duplicate the natural color. Battleship gray is probably too light in color.
