Spent last weekend visiting my son at college in McPherson, KS. He is in the Automotive Restoration program and every year the AR students put on a car show. This year's show featured some very cool Buicks, including the 1938 Y Job on loan from the General Motors Heritage Center.
Here are some photos I snapped for you all to enjoy:

    First, the Y Job

I always love the look of this era of Buick. Digging the straight 8 and the 3 speed manual

First time for me to see one of these, a car with the same name as me! (different spelling, though)

Some cool Mopar stuff: 1959 Dodge Custom Royal and a 1961 300G

And some fun wagons, all were powered by original straight sixes. So they've got style but aren't fast. But for a surf wagon, who cares? The red Chevy wagon had a three on the tree, which I think is pretty cool.
