I don't know about Matt's copy, but mine came stretched wrapped with a bunch of ads. It had the mailing label on the outside. Threw that away or I would send it to you.
The mailing label is glued in the wrapper and I don't have that any more. I do have the wrapper and label from Junes issue. I just pulled it from the "round file". It has the name of a friend on the label. Matt
