Magnets on Oil Filters Anyone?

    You need to buy a special bronze magnet. They are usually stocked right next to the aluminum magnets.:D

    My drain plug is magnetic.

    Mag brand offers inline magnets. But that would be for dry sump deigns I would think.
    Or simply do what Jim Weise suggests in wet sumps. I believe Mag offers that as well. Cow magnets would work well?

    Use, give them the NAPA number when you do. Otherwise you’ll might just confuse some of the parts counter people.

    Mag also offers stick on magnetic’s, for the oil pan like Jim suggested. And other uses.
