Adam, I must be the lucky one. No piston slap heard here!! Is there a mileage figure associated with the slap? I have about 55K on mine and haven't heard a thing. I have heard it on my folks' Olds Silhouette 3.1L, but not mine. o No: Good thing I suppose!
The other day my gf and I spent a good few hours washing and waxing my truck, and polishing up the chrome. We went inside to take a break. Came out about 45mins later to go for a drive and some bird with an upset stomach left his mark across the windshield. It looked like someone spilled a milkshake across it.

Don't ask what it was, just suffice it to say that the wife 'thinks it's cute'. :rant: :rant: Went for a warranty repair on the clutch. I was told they wouldn't repair it under warranty because it had wear on it!! Kiss my dyin' a$$, you idiots!! It's a clutch and it's going bad at 10K. Fix it or take it back!!! :af: :af: Glad I got rid of both of them. Wife and POS car. :laugh:
