i need the power window wires that go from the dash to the drivers side door. any body wanna sell it to me??? i noticed someone cut and spliced,and i can fix it but,would rather replace it. thanks Michael
I don't think you will have much success finding that item. I would inspect the splices. To do a proper job: 1. Remove/clean splice area 2. Strip wire ends approximately 1" 3. Use some HCl acid to clean copper wires, won't take but a few seconds once you immerse the wires in the solution. I use a coffee scooper as my HCl container 4. Let wires dry while you get your solder gun hot and pre-cut some heat shrink tubing about 2" long 5. Tin each wire end 6. Slip shrink tubing over one wire end and move back several inches away from heat 7. Have an assistant hold the wires so they overlap and solder them together 8. Let cool and then slide shrink tubing over solder joint/splice 9. Use a heat gun or hair dryer to shrink tubing 10. Wrap splice with electrical tape and reinstall
