I don't believe there were any 300's after 1970. The next ones after that were the relatively recent FWD models.
My Dad had a 79 300 but it was based on the Cordoba model. I believe, though, that it was the 1st 300 offered since 1971 and the last one before the FWD models.
yeah i just looked up the car in the pic i got its a 1971 i have many old mopars to smash but i am looking for a real nice one for my dad to drive.
my dad has a 1968 newport convt. for sale needs resto. has a 383 4bbl(dont run but turns freely), needs top, body, and interior work
we have a few 300's here in Montana, can send a foto w/ email 70 2dr with very lower rear rust - not bad at all, complete 440 and all, electr bucket seat but still a column shift, very very restorable, runs but not really a driver, w/o some tlc ? 70 4dr complete, but with broken rear window ? another 70 4dr thats completely stripped for the ugly "D" word, squeeky clean w/ a winn'n 383 sittin in it and waiting to get welded up to what ever rules ? 71' 2dr with real nice body, was a hi-perf "U" code 440, factory floor shift car, But previous owners were anxious to juice it off on the evil bay thing, Missing the 440/727, missing the bucket seats and console, but still has the orig no shift colunm, i "think its a tilt but i better double check" and brkts on the hump for console, this car should be saved ! But i never got a title. and as far as i know last year of 300, well till the 80 or so ? can send pics email me at jpuff@montana.com Thx Monty
