Looking for Nailhead builder in Mpls St. Paul MN Area.

I'm in search of names of qualified and competent engine builder for my tired old nailhead. I purchased the car with the flywheel in the wrong location (1 is right, 5 are wrong) and I hope the lower guts are ok. She smokes when started and drinks a quart of oil in 400 miles.

Looking to build this one to run solid 13's and yet be able to run the factory a/c. What to keep the cast iron exhaust manifolds.

Does anyone have any names?
