Looking for a stepchild

I’ve got a buddy looking for ideally a solid 68 2 dr post car to possibly make a street strip car out of. Drive train not important just a solid body. Let me know what’s out there.

Here's what a buddy's mom has available. Can get more pics if needed. Just some general photo's here. Door jambs and sills solid, floor overall very solid needs a few small patches. Outer fenders need a bit of work above the wheel wells.

It looks like a 70-72GS on the left and a 68 on the right

 

There's a 72 on the passenger side (not for sale) a 67 convt on the drivers side. Beyond that a 71 post coupe that would be a great builder for someone.

 

look for Ken Kaput, Madison Ohio. he has a 68 or 69 body for sale, he is on facebook as well. UPDATE! Just heard from Ken K. body has been SOLD

 

I wish he was interested in a 71. That one looks like what he’s looking for but the wrong year

 

68 2 door post I will have ready to sell by the end of the month. Dana 60 3.90s spool, ladder bar rear suspension, 8 point bar, glass hood. Line lock. Has a running stock 455 to move the car around. 1.55 60 foots @ 11.60s. Call me if interested and we can talk about details.

Just to update. Found a car. Ended up finding a 68 special post 59k original miles straight 6 car. Only an hour away Thanks for the leads
