i'am looking at a very nice lighted mirror. it works and is a very nice driver quality. some cloudiness in the mirror where the bulb is. can someone tell me what they think it's worth as i have no idea?
The clouding has nothing to do with the bulb. It is due to the attack of the adhesive on the reflective coating on the back of the beveled glass. The only remedy is to remove the old glass very carefully and replace it with a newly coated one. Or have your old one resilvered. If you do not need the map light feature these Guide mirrors are being remade. You can buy a pefect one for about $50.00. The one you describe you can buy the for various prices but they are easy to find for about $25.00.
