I really like that maroon '72 two posts up with those torq thrust wheels. Does anyone by chance know the wheel and tire sizes on that car?

When I was 22 My neighbor and good friend had a beautiful 71 riviera, which I fell in love with first sight, he let me drive it all summer. Here is a pic of it

He had cars to spare cause he also had:

    65 Riviera
    66 toronado
63 vette (white one and red one)
    71 Cuda
    65 Mercedes

I'll put up pics of his 66 toronado, and 65 riviera in another thread, there beautiful.

Anyways he kept trying to get me to buy it, and I never had any money, so he sold it. I begged him to buy another one, and he found one on ebay in Pennsylvania. He bought it, had it shipped here, and Just last month I finally bought it from him.

is that a smokey burnout in your 66?

my 66 Riv GS won't do that on dry pavement. the tires have wider footprint than stock - 235/55 on 17x8 wheels, so a bit more grip. 425NH feels good, pulls pretty well above 3000 rpm. carb recently rebuilt to stock. pertronix ignition conversion.
