I have a leaky PS hose by the PS box,its the return line not the press.line, where can i pick up a relacement does anyone know? Thanks
Hi George, I have had good luck at local hydraulic supply shops. They can use your old steel lines and put new rubber in them, or refab the whole thing. The last time I needed one was for a '68 Cougar PS line, and it cost about 25 or 30 bucks. Dan
I was looking more of a place to purchase one but if i have no choice i`ll just have a local place make one for me. Thanks
George, try Buy-Wise auto here in NJ, (908)688-5848, they are a delco distributor and have a lot of old stuff on the shelves. Ask for Frank:TU:
If the fitting that goes into the gearbox is good, you can cut the hose off, and just replace the hose with standard hose clamps. The pressure hose should have swedged on fittings.
