KUDO's to my local Buick Dealer

    Well I gotta give a hats off to my local Buick dealer. I had a loud buzzing noise that started 2 days ago that was driving me nuts in my new Lesabre. Well I took it in this AM to have them test drive it and to make an appointment. Well, they drove it, diagonosed the problem(wheel bearing) and told me they would work on it today.
    Long story short I took it in at 0830, they took me to work and they called me at 0940 to tell me its fixed and to tell me they have a driver( thanks Ed) on his way to pick, me up.

    Hats off to Turner Buick and to its people BTW, it does help that the service writer Lynn (who is a member of this board), owns a GS and a Grand National and the head mechanic, John also has a Turbo Regal and a GS as well.

    I figure with all the complaints you always hear about dealers, I might as well post some good!!..


    O, I am also told by Lynn that the dealership is sponsering a car meet for us Buick owners sometime this fall, so be sure to look out for details.

    Thanks Bill, Sometimes we get it right! Better check your anti freeze, Look for the green stuff!!!

    Lee Turner has agreed to donate the dealership for the fall BPG picnic. Plenty of room to strech out and a great place to show off our cars and let people know what the BPG is all about!
