I have had a set of Koni Sp1 shocks on my car for several years, but I have forgottn how to adjust them. I am installing Morroso drag springs and I think I want to start the settings at 80/20. I have been running with them at 90/10 with stock springs. If anyone can help me set them that would be great.

    Thanks
    Mike

Do you collapse them and twist until the notch engages?

When I colapse them I can twist them 2 and 1/4 turns. From one stop they are very easy to compress and extend, at the other stop I am unable to pull out the shaft and it almost springs back into the shock.

I thought that they had 3 diffrent "clicks/settings" other than just twisting the shafts.

    Thanks

Mike, I have the same problem, got the KONI's from BW several years ago, never have found real directions, nothing on their web page, we even took them out to try to figure out how they work, and did the best we could to adjust them. RV

I just recently bought a pair of the Koni shocks and also thought they would "click". Called Koni and their tech people said they did not. They told me to make a pass and pay attention to how much the car bounced in the first 60' and to make small adjustments until I achieved my best 60' time. They didn't say which way to adjust and I haven't got my motor back in the car yet. Their tech number is on their web site, sorry I don't have it in front of me.
