    Hello everyone!!
I'm a new owner of a '64 Skylark - just picked it up today.
I've had occasion to have Buicks in my life over the years - my parents owned several as I was growing up. My Uncles both owned La Sabres and a couple of Riveras. I learned to drive in an Electra 225 - 1966 model I think. Anyway, quite a few memories of the Buick automobile.
I'm new to the board thing. I'd like to replace the brakes with disks and upgrade the front suspension. Where should I look? I imagine these questions have already been asked and answered many times here somewhere.
Thanks for the help and I look forward to turning many wrenches on my new venture.

Welcome, Its nice to see another Buick enthusiast. Im pretty new here myself. I wish you luck on your 64 Buick. I currently have a 70 riviera. I have a freind that used to have a 65 skylark all original up until about 4 months ago, It was a pretty hot car. Im sure you will have much enjoyment with yours.

    Thank you

Thanks all for the response. I've never used a board like this so this is all new.
How would I go about looking within the information here to locate the answer to my earlier questions - namely, what is needed to change out the brakes on my '64 to disc brakes with power and what would be suggested to make the front suspension a little more modern?
Thank you all for your assistance...

Skylark Newbie (I hope to soon eliminate the "newbie" title)
