Jim gave me first shot at buying his 70 GS 455 Convertible... Then even put me up for the night when I picked it up :TU: :beer Thanks again Jim the car is great and runs fantastic, Automotive Mech and Performance builds one heck of a 455 :3gears: 500 mile trip and not as much as a hick up  the car gets a LOT of attention on the road and I can barley get away from gas stations from people coming out to ask about the car. Your family was wonderful and I am so glad I got to meet them. Take care Jim.
You are welcomed here anytime, My family enjoyed the time you spent here. You are the guy to take this car to the next level. Take care and I will talk to you soon.
You've picked up a great car and while I'm sad to see it leave TN, it's going to another Buick enthusiast. Enjoy it. Just to give credit, where credit is due, the machine work on that engine was done by Automotive machine & Performance, but the engine was actually built By Glen B (aka Mr Big).
A little shake in her rearend never hurts. Glad you are a proud owner of only several hundred GS conts that exist. Jim
Took the car out today to pilot mtn cruise. Got a lot of looks. here are some pics of the car.Not my best work but this will show the car.
Thanks everyone. The GS is AWESOME !!! Chris thanks again for the Shorty Console it will look GREAT in the car after I clean it up. I was on the fence about weather to put a floor shift in or find a shorty console. I like the fact the car is different and its a original bucket seat column shift car. :TU: :TU: :TU:
Just thought maybe why of no original center console. I believe the first owner was a dog lover. Hence some teeth marks on knob shifter and rearview mirror. He probaly did not want the dog to take it out of gear.
