Anyone here subscribe to Popular Mechanics? If so, you get the March issue yet? Jay Leno has an article about his 1955 Buick Roadmaster Hardtop. The restoration he did was pretty awesome, and if anyone wants, I'll type out the article, though I don't have a scanner.
Any car that will pull a 11 sec. quarter mile with 4 people in it and out handle a porsche (especially a '55 buick) is awesome
What a lucky guy he is. He practically has his own antique auto museum and has the money to do just about anything he wants with any car he wants. Can you imagine how much that guy must spend each year in registration fees alone? I wonder if he does any work himself just for the fun of it. Did anybody see the episode of My Classic Car where he gave the show host (forgot his name) a ride in his Dusenberg?:Brow:
