You'd think that a millionaire who has his own warehouse to keep his massive car collection, with a full time staff, would not need or accept donatated parts and services. Are you sure you have your facts straight? :Do No:

Nothing in the article Stated Outright that the Engine and Parts were donated, but the language used, Suggested or Inferred.
But Jay was quoted complaining about the cost of Re-Chroming and That Anyone could do this Type of Project. I don't have the Article right in fron of me, but that is pretty much the Story-Line.
What REALLY made me Laugh, and the Point I was Trying to make was that he Said Anyone Could Do This Project. Anyone would have to be pretty Skilled and have a Pocket Full of Cash. I Presonally Know of ANYONE that would fit into that category. The only thing Jay complained about was the cost of Re-Chroming, which would be a Major Expense for Most of Us, Little People, but the Re-Chroming was only a small portion of the Total Expense when You consider a Total Body Off Resturation. Installing a Completely New State of the Art Drive Train, Refabrication a completley New State of the Art Corvette Suspension. The Engine, Transmission, Rearend and Suspension Parts alone would shave to set you back 20 Grand, not including the Labor, Fabrication, etc. Basically Jay's Roadmaster was made Completly New From Bumper to Bumper. The Body is the same body, but Totally Reconditioned. New Leather Interior. The Paint is Supurb, and I really like the Color Combination Black Roof, Silver/Grey Middle and then Black under the Sweap-Speer.
