    Ethan,
That have a decent running 455,turbo 400 and a posi or a peg leg when you had it?
Says not running now so wondering if he blew something.
That might be what I need to relight my fire (and tires! Heh heh) while screwing with this “X”

    What are those rims called?

Smokey15 So old that I use AARP bolts.

    "Outdated" ;):D
That would make a nice street/strip project.

I sold as a roller, but the body is EXTREMELY nice, has its share of dents and dings, but only rust was around the back glass, I sold it with a mint original trunk pan cutout, if that's been installed and how I cant say, the floor I put in out of an original 4 door car also

I called the guy today (to see if it ran at all so as to relight my Buick fire).

This 64 has gone through a couple hands since you owned it Ethan but still not running.

Has a 455 of questionable origin & condition “just sitting in the engine compartment not connected “ and the current owner does not know anything about the transmission or rear end.

Sounded very motivated to sell if anyone has interest, would just be another defeating project here.

I am sure he will negotiate and promised I would pass the details on to my Buick brothers and sisters.

If I was closer I would be tempted. It sure looks like a 1965 Special Tail panel on it.

I actually went and looked at this car.The rust around front is reparable and rear glass is pretty bad all the around glass.the trunk has some rust holes in it.floor pans have been replaced. The engine is just sitting on the crossmember by oil pan, trans is just sitting on crossmember with sheet metal screws.A lot of nice parts inside car.rest of body pretty straight.Funny this is what I offered him and he said no way.Super nice guy.I already found another one.

I wish the floor would have went in a little cleaner, but being out of a 4door and both being floors being filthy they didn't play nice. A more valuable or customer car gets different attention ha, Sounds like they didn't use the trunk pan I gave with it. But yes it had some really clean parts i had accumulated

I was just down there Friday. Thought about going to take a peek, but I’m in the same boat as you, Ethan. Really need to start buttoning up the junk I already own.
