Two thing confirm this.

1 the tails on the squirrels are very bushy this year.
2 I haven't seen a ladybug in well over a month.


Last couple of years it been a mild winter compared and the lady bugs were everywhere in the house.

Thing is ladybugs will just hang out if its gonna be a mild winter but if it gonna be a bad one.They will find shelter underground where its safe.

 

We have your ladybugs here in ND... they like our 70deg temps this week.

 

Last year this time the house was full of ladybugs.

 

I agree, it's been pretty chilly out here for a couple of weeks. Last year I could run outside in a t-shirt all the way into november, now I've had to wear a sweater a few times already.

 

Cold Winter

It'll be really cold at my house...the !*&^%&@$ town made me take down my temporary garage. Now the Electra is outdoors alltogether.

 

Just read in the paper, last night was in the low 20's.

 

I love snow - hope we get lots.
