Hi Guys, the 350 GS engine we weren't sure was going to start started, we don't have the air cleaner yet, but its coming!
The engine smoked really bad from the exhaust, we did'nt use a timing gun yet, but it ran for at least a half hour straight (still smoking).
Please tell me its not a problem with the heads, could it just be the carburator adjustment, if it could be the prob, could someone tell me which knobs are for what adjustment? Or is it the timing?
    Thanks

does it have a single exhaust only?

Looks like a bad head gasket...from the color of the smoke. Anyone else have an opinion?

Best way to tell is smell it or put your hand in it and see if it feels wet. Burning oil will smell foul, gas will be black, water will leave your hand with a wet feeling to it. Does it go away above idle?
