I was looking for alot of misc. stuff for my new project 66 Skylark. I came across someone with some 67 parts and was wondering if any of the trim from the car the same? Are the quarter panel extensions the same? Thank you, Jerseysky66
Pretty sure they are different. I believe gran sport is spelled out in the grill in 66 and a simple GS is what the 67 is adorned with. Not sure on the quarters.
Drip rail, front and rear window, and vinal top chrome, about all that is the same. The quarter panal ext are different. The fenders, doors can be interchanged. I am not sure of the quarters. Bill Sangster.
Thats what I thought. You just don't see these cars around my area. I was wondering if all the dash stuff is the same? They look like they have the same dash. I bought a AC vent that was supposed to be for a '67 and it won't fit my '66. It has a # on it 1362727. Look at picture. Does anyone have a picture of the correct vent for a '66 ('67?) Those vents are the same for `66-67 maybe even `65,you may have the incorrect vent,it may be off another car than a skylark. Thanks
