Welcome and yes I would say you got a good deal as people pay that much for just the Nailhead motor. I can understand why she's sitting so low in the back if the Dynaflow is in there. Watch out they are very very heavy.
I can see the steering wheel has been changed but thats minor for now. Biggest hurdle is to get her home and find someone qualified to properly rebuild that Dynaflow and get that Nailhead fired up.
    Some specs on her are Model 4639 cost new $3,667. weight 4,159 #'s standard engine 401 CI Nailhead 325 HP @ 4400rpm, 10.25:1 CR , 123" wheelbase
Lets see where is Russ's shop in CA???

wow actually some good information thanks guys, theres actually two dynaflows in the trunk he said it was bad so he took it out and put a good one in and they ended up both in the trunk, I think i found a way to get this thing over here my buddies got a towing vehicle and i can rent one of those tow dollies or flatbed tow hitch things, but i was wondering if i did get the tow dolly(tows by its two front wheels) if there were connecters from the vehicle im driving to my invicta for the brake lights and blinkers thanks

    Towing

62BuickInvic, Some people will tell you if you are going to tow the car for a pretty good distance that you should try and disconnect the driveshaft, I am not sure if you still have it connected, But if you do I would disconncet the shaft and make sure that it is secured well,Best to take it off at the rear so that way it is not spining and rattling around under the car!
Also you can buy from U-HAUL a set of brake lights that you can connect to your tow car and they have magnets on the bottom so you can put them on the trunk of the car your towing or inside the back window. I bought a set and they are not at all expensive so I could tow my car around and I have used them more then a few times on a few different cars. When ya have a truck and a hitch you have a lot of friends!
    Good Luck once again, :TU:

i think im gonna get the full flatbed towing thing that has the lights already built in so i dont have to mess around with the driveshaft and stuff, and magnetic lights, I wish i had a friend who had a towing vehicle. i have to rent a truck and towing hitch and ball mount and everything so i think the good price has just evened out to normal
    hmm big burn....
