Just thought I would let everyone know....

There is an interview with Buick engineer Dennis Manner printed in the July 05 issue of MuscleCar Enthusiast. (For those who don't know, he was pretty instrumental in the development of just about every Buick engine we have ever loved!) I think its a fairly new magazine (?) that I just started subscribing to.

The cover has a bronze trans am with a hood chicken if you are trying to find it on the newsstand.

I was at BG, but I couldn't seem to pull myself away from the swap meet for long enough to do anything but race :Dou:

Dennis, like all of us know,is an extremely knowlegable man. Like many of you that have had the opportunity to speak with him,I am in awe of what he and his group had accomplished with these cars.

Very good article on Mr. Manner.

He is one of the Buick "Good Guys". :TU:

    Hey Nick!

Yeah, I haven't had a chance to play with any of the goodies yet though...Most of it is still at Brian & Phyllis' place!

I did end up going under contract on that house, so I have had zero free time!

Unfortunately, I did find time to spit the driveshaft of my fourspeed car all over the street when I broke a rear u-joint this past sunday :eek2:

It looks like the driveshaft and the rear yoke are junk, but I've been too stressed out to even crawl under the car.

Oh well, at least it looks like I'll have a garage to fix it in...
