I need to restore my 70GS's interior but I don't know where to begin. Being low on budget I am going to have to do it piece by piece. I know of three corp. to order from (Year one, Post on, and legendary auto) if there are any more reliable corp. please let me know. My question is since I have to do it piece by piece in what order should I do it. I think that carpet and seats should be last so as not to ruin them while doing other work. Please help me out. Also does anyone sell complete seats instead of buying each piece and putting them together.
    Thanks

    GStage1 Always looking for parts!

Depends how old looking and brittle/dried out the vinyl material is at this time. I would suggest you do it all at once. If you did it piece-meal the new parts will stick out and make the original parts look worse. Save your time and money and do it right. www.opgi.com sells Legendary interiors and usually have good pricing.

Like George said, it would be best to acquire all the pieces then do it all at one time. No use taking the seats out to do the carpet, then taking them out again to recover them.
I used legendary for the seat covers, OPG for the carpet and headrests and got a very nice set of used door panels/armrests etc.. from a board member. Once I had everything I gutted it and got to work.

The total for everything was about $900.00

The headliner was $160 installed, which was a deal compared to the other $350 to $400 bids I was getting. So shop around you will find deals.
