Morning trying to figure out what actual color my interior is. It's driving me nuts!

I have a trim code of 140 which is green. That doesn't really help

On my build sheet I have "SE GRN"(Steering column), "BD GRN"(Steering wheel), "AGR"(Headliner), "DDG2"(Shelf trim), "ADG"(Front carpet), "D-DG"(Rear carpet), etc...

I'm looking to replace my driver side armrest pad. I need to know the correct shade of green though. I'm taking guesses that one may be Seamist Green & Dark green.

I know there's dark, Jade, light, & Olive greens.

Any help would be immensely appreciated! Thanks.

Can't really answer your question but, do suggest that you contact Legendary Interiors. Give them your build sheet codes and perhaps email them a scan of your interior. They might also like you to send them a sample of the material you need. Given that information they should be able to get you the right color armrest pad. They were very helpful to me when I was trying to get color matching material for my Sandlewood interior.

There is only one Green for Skylarks interiors in 1972. Legendary part number AP68GA-FRT465G appears to match the vinyl samples for Green in my 1972 color and trim book.

Thanks. one of these days I'm going to need to get my build sheet decoded, then I can get one of those fancy repro window stickers from Mike on here.

I have two different shades of carpet as well. Darker green up front & a lighter shade of green for the back seat.

Part numbers are different, put in about 5 days apart in March of 1972.

It's like the "blue" in my 1964 Skylark.

It's known as; "That really odd shade of ______ that is almost ______, but not quite as it has a hint of _____, but no amount of _____ and it looks sort of close to (name of another auto manufacturer) color in their (name of other manufactures model), that I cannot find anywhere, not any "paint chips" or "color charts" that are close enough, and everything I try when placed next to my interior is just too _____ or _____."

    You mean, that interior color?
