I have heard that the BBB's don't like the pressure drop normally associated with an external radiator-type oil cooler. I saw a different design of one yesterday, and was wondering if anyone had tried something like this: http://www.rpmmoparts.com/mp/ram/oil-cooler2.jpg You plumb the fittings into the heater loop of the cooling system, and then your engine coolant can be used to cool off the oil. Since it just goes onto the threaded post and keeps the filter in essentially the same place, it strikes me that the oil pressure loss should be nil. The site this picture is on has a "universal kit" priced at $79.50, so the price is pretty reasonable. Any thoughts? Anyone try one before? - Freed
