Great Info! Our '72 Stage 1 was build in Fremont and we have always wondered how many were build there...mystery solved...Thanks! It's funny how thrilled we all get when info like this is discovered. It doesn't make our cars look or drive any different but we crave these numbers! Marco I promise to FINALLY send you the info for our '72 and a '70 Stage 1 4-speed, very soon.
I'll take you up on that Marco Why is it that ONLY Flint buildt Stage 1 Convertibles in 71 & 72? I can't think of any unique "conv only" stage parts, can you?uzzled: o No: uzzled:
Hey Marco, thanks for the info. In another thread you had someone send you the documentaion on a Stage 1 he had, but it was looking like it was going to get parted.....is the registry only for driveable cars or ???? later Tim
Re: Hey Tim :TU: Yep, even the ones which have been tubbed. Condition could be part of the 'Special Comments' section on the registry. Glen - 1970 GS Convertibles (4667) were built at Flint, Freemont, and Leeds.
