I was having trouble getting my intake to seal to the heads. I found out the ARP intake bolts were too long or the heads weren't tapped all the way down with a bottoming tap. Anyway fixed that problem. However. While putting everything together dry (no gasket) I've got this (see attachment) along the center port divider. I can get an .011" feeler gauge in about 3/4" until it stops in the center divider. Do you think a .030" composite gasket with silicone bead can make up the difference. Or, should I have the intake cleaned up? Thanks
