Can someone steer me in the right direction before I start digging. It’s been a while since I’ve been back there. My memory is thinking behind the headlight switch? Or is it to the steering column? Thanks
If I remember correct the ground for the instruments is on the plug of one of the gauge pods (speedo?) and there is a strap that bridges the other pod together on the back. The headlight switch, wiper switch, cigar lighter and the heater control lights all have grounds. I believe all those tie together.
Sounds about right according to the wiring diagram. I did a complete lamp, connector upgrade 2 years old and suddenly no guage lights. Naturally I’ll start with ground after fuses
