Perform a search on, "68 Riviera headlight motors". by NorthernRiviera.
There is a lot of stuff there how to easily convert 68-69 Camaro RS canisters to fit your Riv.
New RS canisters are available from Yearone.com.

70 Rivs didn't have hidden headlights.

I believe the 65's use an electric motor.

I believe 65 and 66 both used electric motors. Not sure of the 67s.

I know 68 and 69 are the same.

The 69 Camaro cans work great, but need a length of rod added to the plunger (be careful not to heat too much of the rod when welding or you'll melt a hole in the bladder).

Also, I understand the nipple for the vacuum line needs to be massaged a bit to prevent interference on a part of our bumper or frame.

But the alternative is finding expensive, leaky, rusty, ugly originals that just won't work.

Heck, I might as well start modifying them and selling them myself...

Instead of welding a length of rod the the plunger, I wonder if you could thread the rod and install some sort of a turnbuckle and a rod end (heim joint). It would make it adjustable like the originals.
