It's a 70GS455 with a in dash factory tach. The underhood wiring harness was replaced several years ago with one I purchased from Year One, no hook up under the hood for a tach. If the in dash tach will work with HEI, how should I go about wiring this tach?
The factory tach only uses one connection(beside the illumination) at the rear. Run a wire from this connection, through the firewall, to the the tach connection for HEI.
Hei Sorry, I put HEI in the title of the post... You jogged the memory bank, now I recall the place on the distributor where you must intall the spade connector for the tach... thank you
