Impromptu Survey - Electra Owners

Hi gang,

I tried to put together a survey in this forum but can find no nice neat way of collecting the data for us. So, in one of my sleepless nights, I put together a survey web page with some key categories. If you'd like to put in some info about your 'E', please do. Click the submit button in the lower right corner to save your info.

When you see a message 'form processed', just close the window. (it's a Notes-ism). If you'd like to see something added, drop a post or PM.

I'll create a view to display the data tonight and send off another link so we can see what we all have.

 

I'm in, I already filled out the form. Just a thought maybe, but perhaps make the parts wanted and parts for sale boxes a bit bigger to tell or see what we have typed? Looks good though. :TU:

 

filled mine out too, should have a section for 2 door, 4 door , convertable as well. I should also mention that mine will eventually be a hot rod/drag car...yep, I'm going to make it fast but keep all the options in it and working

 

and maybe add Electra 225, Custom and Limited to choose from

I'm on as well...nice to see Electras getting some recognition for once...Another suggestion would be to include a column for any options the car might have; - it would be interesting to see how many Electras didn't come fully equiped; - mine is missing cruise control and A/C, but otherwise it's pretty loaded up for the year.

 

Great to see some entries.

I'll add in fields for # of doors, ragtop / hardtop , and 'drag racers' too. Right now I have 'Electra 225, Electra Wagon and Limited. ( you can pull up the 'model' selection list with the arrow to the right of the field. I'll add in 'Custom' and other options.

I'm going to code the page so we can edit existing entries.

 

Filled one in as well. We sold our nice '71 two door 4 years ago but we still have the triple green '72 4 door that was in a pretty bad flood, and still drives!

Am still working on the editing process, but you can click on the individual entries to see the original form. I added in a few new fields, too - once I get the editing in place, we can update the existing entries.

 

Having trouble with editing documents over the web.

Anyone who has already added an entry to the survey that would like to add info for your car on # of doors, convertible, or any other info, post the info to me along with your entry number (you can see the number on the far left side in the listing) and I'll add it in for you.

Hope to have editing fixed soon.

I'm in at 19. I tried to post on there a week ago and it hickupped when submitting so a blank entry may have been my first attempt.
