Figured I'd pass this along, since Adam posted a picture of his best side, here's my worst. I went for a walk, like I do everyday. Took a spill on the Ice and landed on My FACE!!!! I'm just sitting here bleeding now, thinking about stitches. I love winter, but enough is enough!
Just got in from the hospital, it of course looked worse than it was. A 3 hour wait in emergency and I'm good as new,
at least your walking! I started to feel bad, until I remembered I wiped out on the ice Jan. 9 and broke my lower leg in 2 places??? 18" titanium rod and 4 nails later , I'm walking once again! I hope it doesn't make my right foot any heavier!!! ou: ou: ou:

They used this "glue" stuff on me. It bonds to the skin (like por 15) and holds it together. So I can say I got some body work done! I must have passed about 4 people, that just stared at me before I realized I was bleeding this badly.
Scarring Did they say how well it'll heal up (scarring)? I've got some nasty ones, 300 stitches over 4 "incidents" :spank:
It'll scar they say, but as I get older it's a place that gets wrinkles anyway. you can't tell but I have a scar on my lower lip on the same side, got punched in highschool one time. That took two stitches. 300! wow, that must be some huge scarring!
Thread possibilities Sounds like a new thread to me. Now if the damn camera will work. And I can figure how to make postiings work ,I'd be set. :rant:
