    car audio guys help!!! i just picked up an old Kicker 352xi amp but have no paper work with it can anyone tell me anything about this amp???? thanx i read somewhere that is 35x2 and 140 bridged i got it running a DVC 12 in 8 (dual 4 ohm sub) ohm config. and it slams its gotta have more than 140 the sub is rated @ 600 max per coil 1200 max wired in series/parallel the amp is seeing 2 ohms tho is the earlier impulse line 1 ohm stable?? any info/suggestions?? thanx

    I would not run an amp in 1ohm for very long.... Only amp I have ever seen capable of handling that was a Linear Power. Don't know much about Kicker's but they are mid grade from what I hear.

    If your running the DVC (one speaker right?) in a 8ohm (series) setup to the mono side of the amp then it is actually seeing 4ohm's. which is good.

    If you parrell the Speaker to the mono side then you will be running in the 1 ohm setup... 4/2 = 2 for the parrell setup then 2/2 =1 when run to the mono side of the amp.

    That is the math that my Stereo guy tought me. GOod luck.
