    Quick question, I believe when putting timing chain gears on, the timing marks face each other, is this correct. Top gear mark on bottom and bottom gear mark on top.?

    Yes. But.

    Do yourself a favor and degree the camshaft. It will never be easier than right now. I figure I ripped myself off of about 25 usuable hp by not degeeing my cam. Now I get to pull the top end apart, remove the timing cover, and do it
