I need emergency brake cables

    Can anyone tell me where I can get the emergency brake cables for a 70 GS? I need the cable that runs from the front to the "T" or what ever it is in the rear. I have the "T" and the cables that go to the rear wheels.
    I guess I'm hoping that one of you that's parting out a skylark might have this handy. It would save me a trip to a junkyard.

    Rick, check with Inline Tube. They sell emergency brake cable assemblies.

    Thanks Carl, they have it. I guess it's called an Intermediate Cable. Cheap too. Thanks

    Beware, they are different between TH350 and TH400 cars, as the crossmember is in a different location.

    Thanks for the heads up, I didn't know that. Do you know which one the manual tranny cars used?

    rick,

    these are wagner numbers, but anybody should be able to cross them over.
    68-70 2dr
    rr cable left & right..F72844
    intermediate...........F72853
    foward pedal..........F72591

    th400 cables come in effect only 71-72 and only on the intermediate cable.
