Love them Marauders. Big cars still haven't caught on. Maybe someday I'll get one of these.

 

Very cool, is that an XL with a 427?

 

XL was on the Fords. The Mercs higher up model was the X-100. 429 cars. To this day I have only seen one of these cars in person. Prices show you can get a killer one for under 10K. Same class as the Wildcat I'd say.

Yeah, that's a cool Merc indeed! I love the big ones, too... they just feel right and look right. Especially that Marauder :TU:

 

That goes for me too. I was on I287 in New York and was cruising next to a gold one. I remember it sounded really healthy.
