All routes out of beaumont are blocked, plus i am going to wait here till my wife finishes her shift at the hospital at around 7pm tonight. the centurion is going to have to wade out the storm as i have got no way of getting her out. Most of the gas stations around here have run out of gas , so all is not looking good. Wish my wife and i luck!

some "fairly" good news. I was able to park the buick on the third floor of the hospital car park so hopefully it should be safe! :TU:

    Cool Mark...

This is quite the storm brewing down there.

Best of luck, friend! And if it DOES float, that would be pretty cool. I hope it doesn't come to that, though. Anyone ever seen the "Will it Float?" sketch on David Letterman? That's one funny sketch! Hope everything turns out well!

Mark there are at least 20 cars out of gas on beltway 8 up here in Missouri city. Law enforcement is trying to help but they dont have enough gas for the amount of people in need.
They said on the news that they're averaging 1 mile traveled every hour that means if you started out this mouring at 6 am you wouldn't even be this far yet.
    I think we're about 80 miles apart.
Anyway I hope you and your family stay out of harms way.
