First off, thanks to Jim Weise for the rebuild, re-curve and conversion to electronic of my original style GS 350 distributor. Got it back yesterday and it looks brand new! Very happy. So now I'm planning to do the install this weekend and take out the big body HEI. Last time I had the motor out, I remember a pink wire and I'm hoping this is my resistor wire. Assuming it is, I'll connect that to the +coil Question... --> Where do I get the 12 volts required for starting to connect to the +coil? ...........Does this wire go dead after you stop cranking the starter? ...........Can I take a wire off the starter? From what Post? I believe on my starter there is an R and an S? All thats hooked to the -coil is the distributor and tach right? Hopefully I haven't made this more confusing than it needs to be.
