I hate to admit this but I think I need to give up on putting on my new Edlebrock 750 Carb on my Wildcat....... , I just can't figure out how to do it! :af: , I have spoken with Edelbrock and they are of little help!ou: I can't find a Picture of any Edelbrocks on a 66 401 to see how it is done. I just want to thank the people that have tried to help me.........:TU: . This is where my reading problem hurts me cause I have dyslexia or how ever it is spelled. If I can see it I can do it. I guess the best thing to do is just find a Weber for that year and put it back on! I hate being a QUITTER! but I am at my wits end!
I Do Not know how the Detent and Stator Switch gets hooked up to the throttle linkage and how do I connect the throttle rod to the carb, and then I am just now reading a article on adjusting the detent switch.........I just need to know........ really I need to SEE how it is done.......................Also where does the line for the choke that comes off the exhaust manifold go on a manual choke carb? Do I just do away with it?o No:
ok,you will need to order those from Original Parts Group or any speed shop, the OPG part # is CH20150 Carb, ball stud kit, thats the first thing you will need.
Hey Thanks for your help! I will try and remove it tonight.......Can I ask you for help in the future????
i forgot to tell you that the peice that goes to the exhaust manifolds that used to heat up the choke coil cannot be used anymore i dont think, because this has a manual choke set up that u need the cable to hook up to.
