Hurst Pro-Matic 2 shifter still in the original box. Has at least one shift knob adapter missing (used to adapt to different style shift handles).

Is there any way this could be modified for one more position to work with an overdrive? If so, I'm interested.

 

I'm not sure on that Bill. The instructions just say for 3 speed autos. I'm not sure how you could make it work. o No:

I am interested. Has it been used? Any damage? Everything I need to install it on a column shift car? Shipping to 84102?

 

It's never been used Mike. I bought it brand new quite some time ago, with the intention of using it on my car (also a column shift).

As far as I know, it should work when converting from a column shift. I know there was a thread on here somewhere as to what was involved in modifying the column, if there is even any modifications needed at all.

No damage whatsoever.

Thanks John, I better pass. If I bought it and couldn't make it work then I'd just have to resell it.........if I didn't mess it up first.

 

I think It might fit in a large flat rate box- $15. If not, it would probably be about $20?
