HP/Torque ratings on a 65 GS?

    Anyone know what the horse power and torque specs are on a 65 GS?

    cray1801 Too much is just right.

    Jake it has the 401 ("400") right? I think it was rated at 325 HP@4400rpms and 445 TQ@2800rpms. 1964 thru 1966 was the same I think.

    Just for clarification, I dont have a GS. I have a base model skylark. Yeah, the 65 GS had a 401.
